Music for the way through
Playlists I put together for the guides. Each opens in YouTube Music. Music does not fix anything, but it changes the state you are in, and that is often where things start to move.
- Flow State: WalkingTen tracks for a walk. This is the one I use most: walking with music is how I find a flow state, where the mind goes quiet and the body takes over.
- Flow State: Sitting StillFor when walking is not possible: at a desk, on a bus, in a chair. The same idea as the walking list, slower.
